Program Details

Thank you for your interest in the SITKA Gear Pro Program. This program is by application only; membership is not guaranteed and can be revoked at any time. As a member of the program, we ask that you represent SITKA in a positive manner and act with integrity in the field.

Please allow 2 weeks for processing prior to inquiring about application status. Applications submitted without one of the listed required documents will be automatically denied.

Violation of the terms and conditions will result in immediate and permanent removal from the program.

Guide / Outfitter

If you are a full time, licensed Outfitter or Guide, you may qualify.

Required Documentation, without exception (please remove all sensitive personal information).

  • Copy of Outfitter License valid for the current license year, OR
  • Copy of current Liability Insurance, OR
  • Paystub within the last 30 days showing full time employment, OR
  • Check from a licensed outfitter within the last 30 days, OR
  • Letter of employment from a licensed outfitter, OR
  • Tax Documentation (1099, W2)

Note: Guide licenses, Merchant Mariner credentials, and business cards are not accepted.

Land & Wildlife Government Agencies

If you a full time employee for the Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management, US Fish and Wildlife, or a Game Warden, you may qualify.

Required Documentation, without exception (please remove all sensitive personal information).

  • Paystub showing job title or position (full time employment) within the last 30 days, OR

Note: Currently, we are only accepting applications for the groups listed above. Business cards are not accepted.

Industry Professional

If you work full time for an Outdoor Industry brand, you may qualify.

Required Documentation, without exception (please remove all sensitive personal information).

  • Paystub within the last 30 days showing full time employment, AND
  • Account and application must use your work issued email address

SITKA Gear Brand Partner

If you work full time for one of the following Outdoor Hunting brands, you may qualify.

Required Documentation, without exception (please remove all sensitive personal information).

  • Paystub within the last 30 days showing full time employment, AND
  • Account and application must use your work issued email address

Military and First Responder

We’re proud to offer a program serving Active Duty and Military Veterans, as well as current Law Enforcement, Fire, and EMT / Paramedic personnel.
